The UK Land Group owns properties throughout the UK and across all sectors with a strong track record of acquisition, development and improvement. The organisation was set up in the 1970s and has grown steadily over that time, specialising in the acquisition of privately and publicly owned property companies.

strategic land
We acquire land where we see medium to long term opportunity for development into alternate uses. Historically we only work with one or two opportunities at a time to ensure clarity and focus. The structure of these acquisitions range from straight full buyouts and overage arrangements to more formal JVs and co-promotion agreements.
OTHER PROJECTS
We occasionally undertake complex and long term development and redevelopment projects where we believe that we can repurpose the buildings and land. This has included the conversion of schools and country estates into vibrant new residential and mixed communities like Rousden Estate in Dorset.

We have a small portfolio of shares in property companies whose strategy we admire, own assets in areas that we like and think are attractively valued. We are long term holders and supportive of sensible management strategies that create and enhance shareholder value.
